Tom Gede

Education: B.A, Stanford University; J.D. University of California Hastings College of Law

Experience: Tom Gede is a principal with Bingham Consulting Group and of counsel at Bingham McCutchen LLP. He previously served as executive director of the Conference of Western Attorneys General. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Gede practiced as a special assistant attorney general and deputy attorney general in the criminal division and government law sections of the California Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Gede has been an adjunct professor of federal Indian law at the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law since 2000. He is vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s annual Water Law Conference and a member of the board of directors of the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
