FAQs
- Why are there two separate tickets for Thursday and Friday?
The Thursday's Poster Session Contest and Welcome Reception is free, but RSVP is required. The Friday's Conference has a tiered cost. If you plan on attending both days, please purchase a ticket for each day.
- Will I be able to register at the door?
Yes, however, pre-registration is highly encouraged to insure adequate space is provided for all our guests.
- Why is there a fees column? Do we have to pay fees?
There are no extra fees for attendees when registering. Eventbrite charges a fee to process credit card payments that will not applied to the attendees.
- What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
All-day parking ($13) and short-term parking (payable at pay stations) are available in Lots 2 (enter the campus at Hilgard and Westholme avenues). As a friendly reminder, please give yourself ample time to park and walk to the designated event location (about 10-15 minutes).
